ASP packages come standard with customer and technical support, removing the daily burden of call center operations. ASP packages are completely turn key, requiring no special hardware or software purchases and come standard with maintenance and system monitoring. Your system resides on our secure and reliable network infrastructure, saving you thousands of dollars a month in costly network and server hardware.
Premise Hosted Systems
With a Premise Hosted solution, you purchase our eLearning system and integrate it within your network. Premise Hosted solutions are popular with companies with strict IT polices prohibiting 3rd party service providers. Installation is easy and we provide a full suite of training options. Upgrades and maintenance agreements are available for feature enhancements; however standard customer support packages are not available with a Premise Hosted solution.
